E-Commerce Management

Worked as E-Commerce Manager for my client’s shopify store.

My core duties involved:

• My coding skills, to redesign and optimise their shopify store.
• Importing data from spreadsheets to shopify stores.
• Importing data from Shopify to woocommerce websites. 
• Managing exports on e-commerce platforms like Etsy and ebay.
• Handling customer services and campaign management.

Everything from order processing and product uploads to customer support and inventory updates, I bring structure and strategy to e-commerce operations.

I oversaw daily order fulfillment, responded to customer inquiries, coordinated with suppliers, and regularly updated product descriptions and prices. 

Worked with the client to improve product categorization and navigation, which led to better user experience and higher conversion rates. My proactive approach ensured that the client’s store stayed up-to-date, functional, and fully optimized to serve customers efficiently.
